Our outing filled up very early this year – 6 weeks prior to the outing we had the maximum number of foursomes the course will allow us to have (62 foursomes).  All of those foursomes were paid and we were ready to plan.  Now as the time draws closer, we are receiving some cancellations for various reasons including silly things like a large bid being due on that date.  I mean, what are those plan providers thinking posting a bid due date on our golf outing??  But, seriously, our policy is no refunds after July 18 as we will have to pay for the already reserved foursome. 

If I can fill the cancelling team’s spot with another team, I will refund their registration fee.  I had a couple of teams on a waiting list and I have almost exhausted that list.  I am waiting for a response from another team at the moment.  If that team decides to registered, we are once again full…until the next team cancels.

I know, I know, you are wondering what I am babbling about.  Here is my point:

I have heard interest from some still wanting to golf, but I no longer have a waiting list.  Contact me if you would like to be placed on a waiting list – as an individual or as a team.  No guarantees, but as I mentioned I have been receiving some cancellations.
